The Hilton Head 5K, Half and Full Marathon starts and finishes at Jarvis Park in the heart of Hilton Head Island on Saturday, November 13th! Start time is 8:00 AM for all three events. We’ll be updating this website regularly with new information, so be sure to check back periodically for up-to-date information.

For 2021 the plan is to make the Marathon a two loop course. The first half will be run on a course similar to last years Half Marathon. The second loop will also be on this Half Marathon course, with a few new added sections. New course coming soon!

NUTRITION / AID STATIONS
Nuun hydration products will be available at all course aid stations and at the finish line. Honey Stinger gels will be available at two aid stations on the course as well as at the finish line, and Supernola will be available at the finish line. Water and restrooms will also be available at all aid stations and at the finish line.
Restrooms, water stations, and medical support will be located through the course. Come back closer to the race for locations of all amenities along your run!
The After Party
The Hilton Head Marathon doesn’t end at the finish line – the fun continues with an awesome after-party in Jarvis Creek Park!
There will be live music, food, drinks, and a craft beer garden! Best of all, registered runners (21+) get two beer tickets to enjoy cold Hilton Head Brewing Company beer after their race!
Directions & Parking
There is FREE Parking at Hilton Head Island High School Campus off Highway 278 at Wilborn Rd. Please allow plenty of time to park and walk across Highway 278 to get to the starting area. The walk is a good half mile or so from the school parking lot Jarvis Creek Park. No vehicles will be allowed inside Jarvis Creek Park for any reason.

Packet pick-up will be held on Friday November 12th from 3:30pm – 6:00pm at the Beach House Hilton Head Island. Please do not park in the Hotel parking lot, use the parking lot directly across the street – Coligny Beach Parking on 1 North Forest Beach street. on Hilton Head Island and Saturday November 13th from 6:30am – 8:00am at Jarvis Creek Park. We highly recommend that you pick up packets on Friday evening at the Beach House to make race day easier! Note: Only a registered runner can pick up a race number for another runner.
Race Swag will not be mailed out after the event.
