Hilton Head Island Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K
We regret to inform you that the 2026 Hilton Head Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K will not take place. The decision was made by local authorities, citing that there will not be approval of a marathon or a half-marathon to run on the roadways in Beaufort County due to safety concerns for the runners, volunteers, and the public.
When will I get a refund?
All registrants that are registered for the 2026 event will receive a full refund, which will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 days.
